Materials Needed:

~Red, white and blue cardstock

~Photos

~Red brush marker or red colored pencil

~Scissors

~Star print outs

~Glue stick

Instructions:

1. Start by cutting 6 12" X 1" strips of white cardstock and a 6.25" X 6.25" piece of blue cardstock. Glue the strips on the page (there should be 7 red stripes and 6 white) and the blue square in the upper left hand corner of the page.

2. Print out the attached "My Hero" template on white cardstock (adjust the print size to 200%). Color the letters in the stars red with either a red brush marker or a red colored pencil. Cut out the stars after you have finished coloring all of the letters. Adhere the stars to the blue square.

3. Mat pictures and journaling on blue cardstock. Tear the edges of the mats to add dimension to your page. Adhere photos and journaling to page.
